Over the past 20+ years, I have served as Chairman & Board Member, CEO, Interim Manager and Angel Investor, helping technology-driven companies grow profitably, professionalize their organizations and successfully enter global markets. As Founder and CEO of Universal Robots (Germany) GmbH, I built the DACH and Northern European organization from scratch into the market leader in lightweight robotics, multiplying revenue and earnings within 5.5 years. This included building sales teams, developing scalable go-to-market strategies and establishing strong partner ecosystems. Later, as CEO of AGILOX, I led the company’s international growth and expansion, opening sales operations in Europe and China and executing a long-term global growth strategy. Today, I support robotics companies as: - Chairman of Advisory Boards - Interim CEO / CRO - Startup & Scale-up Advisor - Angel Investor (9 robotics investments to date) I am also Co-Founder & Chairman of the German Robotics Association, working to make robotics accessible to SMEs and strengthen Germany as a robotics business location. Through Robotics Ventures GmbH, I actively invest in and mentor European robotics startups.
