I was responsible for managing the Production Department, which included the Production, R&D, and Maintenance sections. Duties and responsibilities (in addition to those in my previous position) included, but were not limited to: > Plan and schedule production activities according to customer orders. > Allocate machinery and manpower efficiently within the production department. > Make decisions related to all policies within the production department. > Conduct training and coaching for all team members in the production department. > Manage the R&D section, ensuring development processes meet established standards. > Oversee the maintenance section and factory utilities. > Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production output and efficiency. > Work closely with the Director to manage factory needs, especially in the production department.
