Driving customer activation & retention in the self-service business
Joined to support the launch of TreppCRE, expanding tracked commercial properties from 500k to 5m while managing CRE Direct. 🎉Key Accomplishments: ♦TreppCRE Launch. In the first 3 months, launched an app responsible for 90% of total Trepp revenue, expanding tracked commercial properties from 500k to 5m, estimated to achieve 35% revenue growth. ♦Test script automation. Automated test scripts with the QA team, reducing the number of point releases by 50% and saving 280 engineering and QA hours per month. ♦Map redesign. Partnered with design and engineering to oversee a ground-up-rewrite of the map feature, simplified and modernized the design, and added 9 new features, increasing client usage by 40%. ♦Tenant data expansion. Overseed a cross-functional team of 7 to ingest and display tenant data for 200k properties, estimated to generate $4m of annualized opportunity. ♦Release Processes.
