I am a result-oriented person with a master’s degree in computer science. I have a huge passion for delivering smart solutions with highly motivated teams. I am of the strong belief that if we have well functioned teams that have trust and delegated mandate the result will be high-quality deliveries as well as high effectiveness. Both as an employee and as a person I am structured, systematic and communicative. I am also a very flexible and positive person who rather sees solutions than obstacles. I have a strong ability of problem-solving and a high capacity. Since 2020 I have worked with big integration projects which motivates me a lot. I like the complexity of bringing two companies together considering IT solutions, way of working as well as working culture. Keeping in mind that reasons for acquiring companies is that they have something valuable that should be taken care of and handled consciously. Between 2020-2023 I was leading the integration of Gjensidige Bank (Nordea Direct) Norway into Nordea. A big project with around 80 FTE:s working towards the same goal. The objectives was to establish a new Non collateral consumer lending product in Nordea Norway as well as integrate and upgrade the Mortgage product. The integration was successful due to high performing teams and the collaboration and the spirit in the project was extraordinary. From mid - 2023 I have worked as Project manager in the migration/integration project of Top Denmark Life and Pension (Nordea Life and Pension) Denmark into Nordea. 2017 – 2019 My role was Head of Sanctions IT within the Financial Anti-Crime IT unit. In this role I was responsible for all the IT deliveries in the Sanctions area as well as for the team Sanctions IT. 2014 – 2017 I worked at Infosys Sweden as an IT Manager within the life and pension assurance area, as responsible for both IT deliveries as the team delivering the IT solutions. I was also actively involved in the outsourcing transition from my former employer Länsförsäkringar AB to Infosys Sweden. 2011-2014 At Länsförsäkringar AB I worked as a manager for a group of developers in the life assurance department. The unit was placed in Stockholm, Östersund and India and handled several different systems based on a variety of techniques and platforms. 2007 – 2011 I worked as a IT manager both for the unit Applications and Services at Karolinska Institutet and at Coop Sveriges IT section for ITHR and IT Web. 2004 – 2007 I was Project manager at Coop IT working with development project in Norway and Denmark.
