Developing the Reduce and Reuse expertise for packaging materials in Belgium with Fost Plus, to support all the members to move towards more sustainable packaging. * Working together with the Fost Plus members and sharing of best practices * Pilot projects on reduce & reuse with the members and roll them out at scale * Shaping & communicating guidelines for Belgium * Effective support and follow-up of the reporting on superfluous packaging * Supporting communications to facilitate the transition towards options requiring less and reusable packaging * Set-up and support studies and following market trends around prevention and reuse
Driving the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities at Accenture BeLux, managing the budget, projects and co-creating solutions with over 20 different partners (ranging from private, public and social actors). As well as leading our internal Eco Action team, to drive sustainable changes within the company. Defining the local vision and facilitating the activities for our 2 key programmes "Skills to Succeed" and "The Environment". 1 - In "Skills to succeed", we are facilitating and accelerating professional integration of vulnerable people in Belgium & Luxembourg, coaching younger generations & social entrepreneurs in digital and entrepreneurial skills and developing recruiting initiatives for inclusion & diversity. 2 - In "the Environment", we are accelerating entrepreneurs focusing on waste management and circular economy models, creating platforms for biodiversity and exploring the issues related to water management. Through-out these topic we want to motivate employees to participate through learning opportunities but also to take action themselves and supporting their personal projects. These are only a few examples of initiatives we complete with our strategic partners. Our role is to lead these pro bono consulting project with Strategy&Consulting, Technology and Digital. Engaging around +1500 consulting across Belgium and Luxembourg!
