- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Accounting roles. - Conduct candidate screening and interviews via phone, Skype, and Teams to identify top talent. - Prepare comprehensive candidate presentations to support client decision-making. - Oversee applicant management throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Create clear and engaging job descriptions as well as recruitment marketing materials. Execute diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. - Maintain and optimize the candidate database for efficient talent management. - Participate in meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and recruitment strategies. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
