* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive sourcing. * Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and coordination with hiring managers. * Provide candidate insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions. * Support mass hiring initiatives through workforce planning, pipeline management, and recruitment reporting. * Prepare and present regular recruitment updates, metrics, and hiring progress reports to management.
End-to-end recruiter with L&D scope, from Akulaku recruitment team to currently supporting a dedicated entity PT Teknologi Internasional Nusantara (TIN) with ongoing operational alignment. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience - Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide hiring strategies - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey - Support Learning & Development initiatives, including identifying training needs and contributing to employee capability development (sharing session) - Contribute on create and prepare some company events such as Buka Bersama, Outing, etc - Assigned to focus on a dedicated business entity (PT Teknologi Internasional Nusantara / TIN) following organizational restructuring.
