At Brains International School, a fully accredited IB World School, I teach Biology in Year 7 (ages 11–12) and Year 9 (ages 13–14). At the senior level, I teach Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) within the IB Diploma Programme, focusing on interdisciplinary environmental education that integrates scientific understanding with socio-political perspectives. In addition to my teaching duties, I co-coordinate the Science Department, sharing responsibility for curriculum planning, departmental leadership, and academic management across all science subjects. I also serve as a homeroom teacher, supporting students’ personal and academic development. Moreover, I lead the school’s sustainability initiative, Brains in Green, which promotes environmental awareness and sustainable practices throughout the school community.
