With near twenty years of experience across charity and private sector, I bring a strong focus on nonprofit leadership, transformational change, programmme delivery and donor compliance to my role as Global Director of Award Management and Donor Compliance at Save the Children International. Committed to advancing the organization's mission across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Middle East, Northen Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, I champion effective management systems, ensuring streamlined operations and compliance across diverse, global programs. At Save the Children, I oversee global grants and contracts management, integrating advanced systems to improve operational efficiency. With the move to Global Teams, my work continues to support sustainable, high-impact programs that align with organizational values and donor expectations. I am a seasoned governance professional, with Board experience in education and in the charity sector, currently Chair of Governors for a UK Infant school, having supported the school leadership to achieve an Ofsted Outstanding rating in 2024, and on the board of Save the Children Tanzania.
