With over 15 years of experience across education, local government, and the voluntary sector, my work focuses on improving outcomes for underrepresented communities, including SEND learners. At Nottingham Trent University, I contribute to applied research projects, while actively supporting academic quality processes and fostering student success. As a director of a community-based AI transformation program I empowered local businesses. Case studies available at: www.theaicrewe.co.uk By conducting needs analysis, strategic planning and data insights I worked with a range of stakeholders including EMCCA and Derbyshire County Council. I’ve led programmes spanning digital inclusion, skills development, and curriculum innovation—working with local authorities, education providers, and community organisations to design solutions that are both evidence-led and scalable. Alongside this, I bring strong experience in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and programme evaluation. Currently, I conduct independent research and lead a community-based AI transformation initiative focused on digital inclusion and data literacy.
