As Managing Director for Academic Work Finland I was responsible for driving employee and client engagement, revenue growth and profit in Finland. During my time as Managing Director we grew from 15 colleagues and 3 M€ in Revenue to 200 colleagues and 54 M€ in Revenue, showing profitable growth each year. We went from #500 to #8 in our industry, and were awarded as one of the top 50 employers in Finland.

The Private Employment Agencies’ Association HPL is the employer and industry association for companies providing private employment services. Our key function is to improve the business prerequisites for our sector and our member companies. We are responsible for drafting the code of conduct and general terms and conditions for the sector, as well as negotiating collective agreements.
