At first I´m a people-person. I love to work with individual characters, teams, different cultures and different attitudes cross the globe. There is nothing more inspiring than working with a team of individuals, that provide benefits using the inherent difference between each other. It does not matter where you are - what matters is the fact that you contribute in your individual way. At second I´m a problem solver. This got me into my current position as program manager. Leading small to large, complex IT & Business transformation programs. Using SAFe (Scaled Agile) or waterfall methods to manage follow the sun, virtual workforce > 100 FTE. Not only leading virtual teams but also managing Business and IT RtB workforce's as line manager. The problem solver gen continuously inspires me to spend time on Technology Scouting and applying new technologies like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and IoT to existing and new business processes. Applying Innovation methods like Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas and Innovation Sprint helps me to shape the new world. Of course I love the playing field of Financial Services and I´m used to design and manage business processes. Where else is IT and problem solving so important to run Trading, Operations, Risk & Finance processes. IT is just the enabler, business process alignment is the key to success. IT is always the tool for the purpose of business - does not create value on it´s own.
