I am a long‑standing expert in employment law, supporting clients across the full spectrum of workplace legal matters. My work ranges from drafting and negotiating employment and executive agreements to advising on complex employment disputes. I also provide daily counsel on individual employment issues, economic and production‑based grounds, and a wide range of other HR‑related matters. I have extensive experience guiding organizations through change negotiations, serving both as chair and as a trusted advisor. In addition, I support companies in conducting investigations related to harassment, bullying, and other forms of inappropriate workplace conduct, and I also advice on matters related to business transfers. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is training and educating client organizations.
