Design and Delivery of Corporate training programs and Management development training. Design and Delivery of specifc learning experiences tailored to client needs in relation to current strategy (blended learning, etc)
• Working closely with (senior) management within specific business units to develop medium to long term human resources solutions aligned with the business strategy • Implementing HR systems and processes, ensuring these becoming common business practices • Diagnosis of the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes and translating improvement opportunities to expert teams • Coaching and advising of (senior) management on application of HR matters • Managing specific projects such as employee satisfaction survey, launch of competencies and career ladder, career planning, etc. • Leading a team of HR consultants
