Led a team of 200+ staff. Managed the data operations function coordinating with various cross- functional teams including product management, analytics, technology, MIS, and other production teams. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the production workflow process, product delivery, timeliness, and team building.
Responsible for overseeing the Fraud Recovery and Fraud Prevention departments. Key focus areas relate to assisting with the development and implementation of fraud mitigation strategies, case analytics, recoveries, managing the development of processes, procedures, technological enhancements and innovations as well as leading a diverse team of people.
