· Responsible HR in 10 large Superquinn stores with a combined turnover of €290M · Accountable for 1300 store colleagues · Implement company lead HR initiatives and people strategy · Manage ER across all stores · Ensure that the region is fully resourced and that there are succession plans in place · Deliver all HR KPI’s – engagement, absence, training compliance, performance management · Ensure that there are high performing team in each store that deliver on objectives · Work with stores on local engagement plans · Support with under-performing stores and plans to address same
· Support the store succession plan in conjunction with the RHRM and Store Manager in line with the store target · Monitor and tracking of succession planning process in store to achieve 60% of all vacancies filled internally · Support the Overall improvement of the Engagement target score set for your store · Mandatory training targets delivered consistently 95% or above · ICARE delivered consistently to the Excellence standard in your store · ER and IR is delivered within the store and that 3rd party claims are kept to a minimum · The most efficient and leanest labour model possible implemented within the store and efficiencies delivered · Drive sales through colleague ownership in all areas of the store
