About

As a Manager, Talent Attraction at KPMG, I’m deeply energized by the power of real human connection. I believe recruitment is so much more than filling roles, it’s about understanding people, their stories, and the environments where they can truly thrive. Empathy guides my work, and my commitment to diversity and inclusion shapes every conversation I have and every experience I design. I developed a strong recruitment foundation working with global talent firms like Hays and Robert Half, where I learned to navigate diverse talent markets and build meaningful relationships across sectors. I originally began my career in education with Bright Horizons in the United States, an experience that grounded my passion for people-centered work. My journey then led me into the IT and healthcare space with Cerner/Oracle, where supporting teams across the U.S. gave me invaluable insight into the evolving intersection of technology, care delivery, and workforce needs. The travel and exposure to different regions and communities were truly eye-opening, shaping my perspective on both work and life. I also hold a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University in New York, a chapter that expanded my worldview and deepened my commitment to inclusive leadership and equitable opportunity. At my core, I am someone who loves connecting, listening, and helping others move forward in their careers with confidence. Outside the office, you’ll find me exploring new places, discovering great coffee, and feeding my love of travel, because I believe new environments create new ways of seeing the world. #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition #CareerMatchmaker #PeopleFirst #DiversityAndInclusion
