Experienced in the field of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Traffic Management and Material handling. Implements HSSE programs for Petro-chemical, Refinery, LNG Plant and Establishments. Responsibilities have included research, evaluation and implementation of safety and security awareness programs, loss prevention, environmental protection and development of safe work attitude.
➢ Directly reporting to Project SHES Manager. ➢ Conducts security survey to Project Site areas to determine and provide sufficient security manning and equipment requirements. ➢ Establishes a security organization for the construction site and temporary site facilities including Camps accommodation for all project personnel. ➢ Ensures security rules and procedures are properly implemented throughout the completion of the project. ➢ Formulates the Site Security Management Plan, security training programs and safety emergency exercises (simulated) such as H2S Evacuation, Fire Incident, Theft Incident, Security Breach, Assault/Fight, Road Traffic Accident, Mustering, etc. ➢ Establishes fire prevention and firefighting schedule, such as the designation of smoking permit locations for employees on the Project Site. ➢ Supervises and directs the Security Supervisors, and ensure that they report daily routine jobs as well as any security matters observed. ➢ Conducts training to the Security Supervisors and Security Officers in all security-related matters, i.e. gate control, actions to be taken in an emergency, traffic rules, and manners to violators against rules and requirements. ➢ Conducts security induction to Project Management Team prior to site works commencement. ➢ Confirms Material Passes signed by approving signatories, when Sub-contractor’s representative brings in or takes out any material, equipment or tool to/from the SITE. ➢ Issues Identification (I.D) cards to all employees of COMPANY, CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors. ➢ Reviews the Daily Security Report submitted by the Security Supervisors. ➢ Establishes a good communication system including the provision of 2-wayhandheld radios, etc., to security personnel. ➢ Acts as Emergency Control Center (ECC) Coordinator and directs the Incident Emergency Response Group in time of any exigencies. ➢ Attends Weekly SHES Meeting presided by the PMT SHES Lead Coordinator. ➢ Interfaces with RLIC Security and Qatari Police
