Responsible for the Project Launch process, and new product implementation.
Responsible of the Process Engineering and Maintenance department for manufacturing process of automotive steering (safety component). Position`s goal is to keep optimal process performance (OEE over 96%) and improvement of Maintenance KPI`s.
Responsible for the process to manufacture automotive trims. Main process include, automated bending and forming, polishing and anodizing. Achieved the ramp up volume of 2 major customers and improvements on the process quality yield.
Plant`s Tooling Manager for manufacturing processes. Supply Chain, MRP Plan in SAP and model changeover for all operations related to manufacturing of automotive and industrial precision bearings.
Responsable for the Maintenance Department, Overhauling and Facilities of the plant. Reporting to Plant Manager. Included Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Centralized Technical Systems and Building Architecture.
Responsible for the Process Engineering of diversified bearing manufacturing. Capital Investments and Project Launch Program for transferred business units.
Reporting to the Plant Manager. Responsible for the Maintenance, Automation and Facilities. Development of new infrastructure projects and building reconditioning. Responsible of the functionality of automated assembly equipment and turning and grinding equipment; design department, facilities and expansion projects. Key focus in Performance metrics and budget forecast and achievement.
Head administrator for Operations and process support areas of Maintenance, Engineering and Quality, in the manufacturing of the Heavy Duty Alternators supplying over 150 models to 8 major brand costumers including Cummins, Caterpillar and Paccar
