As the Director of Global Sales Development, I work closely with Zoom's Marketing and Revenue organizations to deliver a seamless customer experience, increase conversion, and generate pipeline and revenue for our sales teams. - Manages a global team of 5 managers and 50+ reps across North America, EMEA and APAC who are responsible for inbound leads follow up and outbound prospecting for pipeline generation - Partners with regional Revenue leaders to provide SDR insights, pipeline, and performance - Collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital, Marketing Analytics, Compensation, People Experience, E-commerce/Online, Support, and Billing teams
• Coordinates marketing and branding operations for 4 Bay Area offices (San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Sacramento) • Manage and coordinate Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals process • Research emerging market trends and potential clients • Coordinate copy for targeted external newsletters • Maintain Bay Area contact database through Deltek • Support technical staff with presentations, corporate initiatives, and strategic planning • Coordinate, track, and support Bay Area’s business development opportunities • Collaborate with nationwide marketing team on firm-wide marketing and business development strategies • Attend events to connect with clients and industry colleagues
• Primary responsibilities included proposal coordination, participation in industry events, and Access database management. • Managed proposal process, duties included: strategy meetings, client research, coordination of project teams and assignments, graphic content development, and interview and presentation preparation • Produced marketing material, promotional announcements, and assisted with LSA’s participation in professional conferences • Attended local A/E/C Industry events
