In my role as a Fractional Controller, I work closely with various business clients to enhance financial accuracy by cleaning up chart of accounts, reviewing balance sheets, and reconciling accounts. I also focused on resolving discrepancies in cash and credit accounts, ensuring data integrity. Additionally, I streamlined technical areas like revenue, inventory, and expenses to improve financial processes.
In my role as Shared Services Manager at CTB, Inc., I led and managed Accounts Payable and Payroll for six divisions, overseeing a weekly accounts payable of over $8m. I successfully reduced unvouchered expenses from over $50 million to under $10 million in just 3 months. Additionally, I approved and processed expense reports, funded Fidelity 401K, and provided month-end reporting to all division controllers.
