In the past 2 months, Oct.& Nov. 2024, I recently have received Shout Outs from customers for their extreme gratitude with my customer service & providing prompt updates & resolutions for them. I have also received a few shout outs from my team members for helping and keeping our team positive when there are gloomy days. In addition, I received shout outs from 2 sales reps (1 was a Sales Manager) on the Worldwide Express side, thanking me for going the extra mile to assist them with some customer transitions. Daily customer service. Handled all inbound and outbound calls and services. Tracked and traced shipments troughout the US and Canada. Gave customers rate quotes, did data entry, some small accounting tasks. Handled local, key and Global accounts, such as GE being one of the biggest. Problem solving on a daily basis. dealt with the airlines, and cartage companies, and LTL carriers, and the the general paperwork that came with the territory. I also did some inside and outside sales calls with my manager and sales manager, and participated in conference calls often, and sold our services to customers, looking out for the best interest of both the customer and the company.
