•Manages projects in the Chicagoland area. •Works with the client, principal, architectural team, and builder from the very start of architectural drawings to maximize space, flow, and continuity of all design elements. •Coordinates and schedules various trades and vendors to keep the project moving forward in a timely manner. •Space planning, furniture plans, revisions to architectural drawings. •Selection and specification of materials: architectural finishes, hardware, lighting, furniture, fabrics, •Preparation and management of all presentation materials within a predetermined project portfolio •Creation of Budgets, and final costs of all materials and finishes, and create proposals for client review. •Creates and maintains finish, material, lighting, and hardware schedules. •Main contact for clients after the principal’s initial design meeting. •Main contact for architects, trades, vendors, fielding questions and providing requested specifications. As first point of contact, responsible for handling any project related requests keeping the principal minimally involved. •Responsible for expediting the projects within a predefined project portfolio, ensuring goods arrived in time for installation dates. •Responsible for the coordination and execution of all installations within a predetermined project portfolio. •Presents materials and finishes to clients, meeting with clients independently during the selection process.
