A nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with independent living, assisted living with 24/7 on-site licensed nurses, and memory support services for their members as their care needs change. Create a welcoming environment for guests and members passing through the lobby, answering any questions they may have, and file and digitize paperwork relevant to upcoming events or extended absences. Receive incoming calls, verify Member information, and evaluate and route messages or calls to the corresponding department or staff member. Manage schedules for community wide or private events hosted on-site and communicate with each department involved in the planning of an event. Review calendars for Medical Transportation, external visits, and different event locations to confirm schedules, and make outgoing calls to Members to remind them of external events or scheduled appointments.
ElderPlace Participants receive services covered by Medicare and Medicaid including medical care, medications, medical supplies, care coordination, in-home care, adult day care, transportation and more. Receive incoming calls, verify Participant information and input updates to their condition or questions for their Care Team into their Electronic Medical Records in EPIC Systems Healthcare Software. Evaluate and route messages or calls regarding changes to a Participants health to the corresponding provider(s). Communicate with Transportation Services to confirm schedules, fax appointment reminders to Care Facilities and Caregivers, and make outgoing calls to Participants their authorized contacts to remind them of scheduled visits to Providence ElderPlace.
Kaiser Permanente Radiology Department Review Patients Pre-Screening Forms, provide thorough instructions and directions, and answer questions before each appointment. Assist patients with disabilities by providing equipment such as a wheelchair, and allowing more time for them to prepare for their appointment. Aide the MRI Technologist by positioning each patient on the scan table, managing the proper plug-in coils for each type of appointment, placing the marker on the scan table to indicate specific types of scans, and assisting patients at the end of their scan to registration. Input patient information from each referral into the Scan Log Queue daily for patients to be billed for each appointment.
Without direct supervision, processes Referrals & contacts Kaiser Permanente Health Plan Members to Schedule Appointments for the Imaging Department such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computer Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, and Mammography & Bone Density Scanning. Provide excellent customer service, delivering thorough instructions, pre-screening & responding to Member's questions regarding preparations for exams per established guidelines. Evaluate, coordinate, and organize Patient’s orders for Radiology procedures. Follow-up on Patient Referrals and follow procedure for when to refer out.
In-person and Over-The-Phone Customer Service for both new and recurring clients with a multiple-year tenure with the company. Introduce clients to the Digital Drop-Off Services for virtual tax preparation and filing options that are available to them by sending links to create an account with H&R Block’s Online Client Portal, My Block, so they can digitally upload their tax and identification documents. Scheduling Tax Preparation Appointments and uploading client files for Tax Preparers to review before each visit. Upon arrival for appointments or in-person Drop-Off, verify identity with Photo-ID. Search for the existing clients by their First and Last Name, Date of Birth and/or Social Security Number if their account does not appear from the search. Scan, upload, print, and fax clients original documents such as financial records of prior or current year Tax Returns, Tax Forms, Income Statements, and Expenditures when clients bring in their paperwork and upload them to each client’s My Block account.
