I've spent nearly 20 years in live events, first as an audio technician across live sound, recording, and production, then moving into account and project management as my focus shifted toward the systems holding the whole thing together. What's stayed consistent is how I think. I look at a process and want to understand how it works, where it breaks, and how to build something that holds, whether that's finding where a live audio system is failing or mapping a delivery workflow spanning 20 concurrent events. Over the past few years I've gone deep into AI and automation. I've built workflow systems across Zapier, Notion, and Google Workspace that have cut real overhead in the business I work in, and I'm currently developing AI-powered business process templates as a commercial side project. The thread through all of it: make complex operational knowledge portable, legible, and useful. That work has sharpened a direction toward roles where technical complexity and clear communication have to coexist. Systems design, process analysis, technical documentation. The kind of work where the details actually count. I work best in organisations that take ethics seriously, build things that genuinely matter, and don't mistake busyness for effectiveness.
