M.S. in Geological Sciences from UT Austin with a strong background in geophysics, and data analysis. Interested in automating subsurface workflows using machine learning. I’ve built tools for geophysical data visualization and modeling in Python.
● Spring 2025: Provided hands-on support and graded biweekly assignments for 20 students learning geoscience data analysis with MATLAB ● Fall 2023: Graded weekly assignments, provided academic support to 26 students on topics related to data analysis using Julia ● Spring 2022: Graded biweekly assignments and provided guidance to 12 students on fundamentals related to Paleomagnetism, Seismology and Gravity ● Fall 2021: Conducted weekly laboratory sessions of fundamentals of Geology for three groups, of approx. 20 students each, and graded their assignments
● Developed a Tkinter-based GUI for a Geoelectrical Data Modeling software ● Formulated the system of equations used in the forward modeling routines and assisted in its code implementation
● Operated various equipment including: a sound velocity probe, a multibeam echosounder and a sub-bottom profiler ● Assembled an accurate ocean bottom profile from a set of misaligned ocean bottom images
● Developed a third-party data viewer for a marine sub-bottom profiler using Python ● Performed spectral analysis on acelerograms using MATLAB scripts
