I am a proficient university professor, experienced researcher, and independent consultant dedicated to 100% renewable energy and sustainable development. Over the past two decades, my career has been a rich tapestry of experience, gaining deep expertise in teaching, research, and business development within the context of sustainable development. In my diverse roles, I have collaborated with researchers, policymakers, NGOs, and private sector entities, aligning efforts to advance the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 7, which aims to ensure universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy solutions for all. I also have an extensive background in administrative roles in higher education. I have actively contributed to the development of holistic organizational strategies, the formulation of academic policies, and the establishment and accreditation of both undergraduate and graduate programs, ensuring commitment to educational excellence and curriculum development. In addition, I am the founder and managing director of a company focused on the clean energy transition, furthering my commitment to sustainable practices and innovative solutions for resource management, including the production of energy from waste.

I have taught courses in industrial engineering, research methodology, and renewable energy to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. My dedication to academic excellence extends to developing course materials and curricula that provide students with a robust education. In the field of research, I have actively contributed to scientific advancement and published many scientific research papers and reports. I also provided academic guidance to students at various levels and mentored them in their research endeavors I have contributed to departmental and college meetings and committees, and I have taken responsibility for various administrative roles. I have also successfully secured research funding by drafting project proposals for various donors. It is worth noting that I established and managed a research laboratory specialized in biofuel production and testing, in addition to a technology business incubator for clean energy products, which led to driving innovation and sustainability in these critical areas in Sudan.
