•Health Checks: Performing vital sign checks, medical history reviews, and physical assessments to ensure donors are eligible to donate. •Technical Support: Operating and maintaining medical equipment used in the collection and storage of blood or plasma. •Quality Assurance: Adhering to safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the collected plasma meets quality standards. •Data Management: Recording donor information and ensuring accurate documentation for compliance with regulations. •Equipment Calibration: Performing daily, monthly, and annual calibrations (QC) of the machines to ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. •Team Collaboration: Working with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and donor satisfaction.
