I currently work at Rosen Hotels & Resorts where I manage inventory, supervise staff, handle guest requests, and ensure the quality and safety of food and beverages. Prior to this, I worked at Marriott Orlando Downtown where I started as a supervisor and then moved up to assistant. My skills include service orientation, multi-tasking, and customer service, which allow me to deliver an exceptional guest experience and collaborate with my peers.
