Polymer Materials Engineering studies have been pursued at Bursa Technical University with a specialization in materials science, plastics, and composites. Composite production has been carried out in laboratory environments, mechanical tests have been conducted, and various analytical instruments have been utilized. Through the Erasmus+ Program, international academic experience has been gained, English proficiency has been improved, and scientific perspective has been broadened. Voluntary involvement in university research projects has included supporting the planning of laboratory experiments, while additional work has been undertaken in quality processes such as preparing FMEA, MQC, and ISF documents, conducting root cause analyses, and performing A3 reporting. Internships and project-based work have further strengthened skills in production processes, quality management, technical application, and teamwork, establishing readiness to contribute effectively to the industry.
* Welding quality processes: Managing quality activities for arc welding and spot welding operations * Defect management: Conducting incoming defect analysis and implementing containment actions * Documentation & risk analysis: Preparing FMEA, MQC, and ISF documents and evaluating process risks * Problem solving & reporting: Performing root cause analyses and A3 reporting, along with process monitoring and quality verification
Participation was provided in the Bilim Kızı education program in Türkiye. As one of 20 selected participants nationwide, a nine‑month mentorship program was completed with continuous mentor support. In addition, a nine‑month certified training was successfully accomplished, resulting in the award of a program certificate. The experience contributed to personal development, career planning, and enhanced knowledge in science and engineering fields.
