I work as an Executive Coach for University of California, Berkeley Executive Education Programs. I am experienced in coaching Global Executives and their Leadership Teams throughout North and South America and Shanghai. I received my MBA, with a focus on Organizational Leadership, from John F. Kennedy University and I am a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, where I have served as adjunct faculty. I completed my Doctorate at CIIS in Transformative Studies. I am a Certified Practitioner of Hermann Brain Dominant Index (HBDI), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Assessment, and Six Sigma Black Belt Methodology. Coached over a dozen Corporate Executives and their business teams to improve performance, with a focus on relationship mastery, conflict mastery and operational mastery. Designed and facilitated High Performance Team workshops to deepen trust, increase team productivity, address conflict and drive improved business results. Many of these teams became top performing business units and attribute their team effectiveness to this High Performance Team work.
Led the design and delivery of communications, capability and change plans. Advised leadership on organizational effectiveness as the IS function went through major operating model redesign to outsourced service model. This work helped enable the IS Organization to stay focused on delivering against priorities and therefore achieve our business objectives including significant cost savings. Supported work to develop and implement comprehensive IT Strategy.
Delivered integrated communication, change management and training to 8,000 employees in US and Canada for ERP system implementation and business process transformation. Results included successful transition of 2200 end users to new systems, exceeding all business goals.. Led diverse team of 30 employees and over 100 super users to consistently exceeded our objectives in technical tools management, instructional design, documentation management, deployment, logistics, communications and change management resulting in a high end user adaption and seamless transition to new systems and processes. Consistently delivered excellent results on time and on budget Wrote and received three ETP Grants and one H1B Grant, totaling over $5 million.
Directed all marketing, research, public relations, and communications resulting in a 20% increase in enrollment in all University programs. Managed all outreach efforts and events, business fairs and presentations to corporations resulting in a 30% increase in new ongoing partnerships with businesses and community organizations.
Developed and implemented media strategies, media training, marketing and communications for 97,000 donors resulting in significant increase in new donations, enabling an expansion of services. Served as Executive Producer for a documentary film, "This Could be my Story" for the purpose of marketing and education to promote new volunteers and donors.
Founded Success Seminars to deliver management and leadership training to business professionals. These seminars helped me double the number of clients in my consulting business. Consulted with Californians for Health Security to train doctors and lawyers in public speaking and presentation skills. Results included raising $10 million from private house parties where speakers presented.
