I am a highly skilled Executive Coach with a passion for working with Business and Nonprofit Leaders and their teams to achieve superior results. Through my extensive business and management experience, I have developed deep insights into how human behaviors, cultural complexities, and leadership directly impact business and organizational results. Today, I am actively coaching numerous CEOs and their Executive Teams at top-tier companies and large Nonprofits. I work as an Executive Coach for University of California, Berkeley Executive Education Programs. I am experienced in coaching Global Executives and their Leadership Teams throughout North and South America and Shanghai. I received my MBA, with a focus on Organizational Leadership, from John F. Kennedy University and I am a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, where I have served as adjunct faculty. I completed my Doctorate at CIIS in Transformative Studies. I am a Certified Practitioner of Hermann Brain Dominant Index (HBDI), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Assessment, and Six Sigma Black Belt Methodology. My unique coaching methodology is formulated from comprehensive research on highly successful individuals and teams. My High Performance Team Model is evidence based and has been extensively tested with corporate and nonprofit executives and their teams for more than a decade.
