Provide Pre Sales support to the team. eCommera is an ecommerce platform and services business helping retailers grow profitable online and multi-channel businesses by focusing on driving operational and trading improvements without incurring the cost and distraction of managing large-scale IT infrastructure. •Provide Pre sales support to top 200 retail clients in the UK and mainland Europe •Prepare and configure custom demonstrations using the Demandware SaaS ecommerce platform •Respond to RFI and RFP requests and provide implementation costs to business development •Document proposed solutions as part of hand over to project team during inception phase •Evangelize the eCommera Intelligent trading platform to customers and partners •Estimate platform build costs as part of proposal definition •Demandware is a Java based SaaS grid based architecture ecommerce platform •Work with Customers to define exact requirements including complex integration between retailer backend systems and the eCommera Intelligent trading platform •Communicate technical solutions in a business manner •Remain current in industry and technology trends •Prepare and conduct customer training courses on the Demandware platform •Demonstrate platform tools including eclipse based development environment •Understand the complexities of ecommerce from front end through to order fulfillment and customer service including all components such as payments, fraud, order management etc.
