Scientist at the ESRF on the BM29 BioSAXS beamline. I specialise in integrating Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) with computational modelling to reveal the structural dynamics of biological and soft matter systems. Having previously been postdoc on BM29, I now lead efforts in: - User support: Dedicated to supporting our user community to ensure successful data collection and analysis. - Beamline development: Advancing the technical capabilities of BM29 to meet future research needs. - Method development: Bridging the gap between experimental SAXS data and computational simulations. Prior to the ESRF, I was a CRUK-funded Research Fellow at the University of Southampton working in the groups of Jon Essex, Mark Cragg, and Ivo Tews.
During my time in the Officer Training Corps I received extensive training in leadership, teamwork, communication and problem solving.
