• Product advice on fabric, design and samples to customer on devolepment meetings before collection. • Follow up all the collection and production steps (Sample developments, production timelines, delivery process) • Negotiate and finalize prices with vendors and customers. • Assign orders to vendors. • Keep track of vendors performance. • Preparing budget and sales reports. • Coordinating a timely resolution of production issues in order to reach quality and delivery objectives and communicating all necessary information to the customer. • Organizing QC team to ensure that the specified product quality produced is achieved in line by following worksheet and ensuring that the product and packing is correct. • Being in contact with QA Team and research appropriate suppliers to related customer base. • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints. • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers and vendors • Research of new suppliers based on customer needs; assisting suppliers in production planning.
