Collaborate directly with OEMs on troubleshooting and implementing asset improvements. Engage with OEM on how to improve grid availability and reliability. Currently forecasting power plant spare parts and general consumables to maintain constant availability of spares parts and fuel. Currently prepare the Power Plant Annual budget and prudently monitoring and managing the plant's resources within the budgetary provision. Ensuring that O&M activities are consistently aligned with contractual agreements.
Performed damage assessments and Root Cause Analysis (RCA and RCFA) to prevent failures. Engaged constantly with other regional utility managers to improve asset efficiency nationwide. Improved regional Operations & Maintenance (O&M) execution by developing and updating processes and procedures. Implemented electrical systems that meets the needs of APMTERMINALS. Identified Energy management opportunities within the terminal.
