• Guided the plant to consecutive Plant of the Year awards in PepsiCo Pakistan, winning 6 Awards in 2019-2020. • Led the design and commissioning of a 36,000 bottle/hr Krones PET production line & Washer. • Successfully increased labor productivity by 42% through proper multitasking and optimization of resources • Achieved PepsiCo Manufacturing & Warehousing Excellence stages 0,1 A & B. • Passed PepsiCo Water Sustainability stages for Recon 1 & 2. • Led the plant to be the first in PepsiCo Pakistan to achieve a world-class water ratio of 1.47. • Led Reduction projects resulting in savings of 1900 tons of plastic, 105 tons of cardboard, and 114 tons of wood.
• Oversaw all aspects of plant maintenance, production projects, and utilities operations • Successfully led the commissioning of a 36,000 bph KHS PET production line and utilities. • Implemented new food safety SOPs and GMP visualization to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Successfully developed the capabilities of newly hired technical resources for a greenfield factory through effective training and mentoring programs.
• Responsible for overseeing PET & Hot Fill Juice production lines with a capacity of 12,000 to 36,000 bph from Krones & SIDEL. • Handled a maintenance budget of 5M USD for the lines every year. • Led the revamping of the engineering store worth 15 M USD. • Reduced maintenance costs by 25% by developing in-house capabilities. • Operational Excellence OE Trainer for Lahore Plant.
• Acted as an OEI Analyst for the "Operational Efficiencies Improvement" project, which included manufacturing, warehousing, sales, and planning work streams. The project was directly supervised by CCI (Turkey). • Led the identification, analysis, and implementation of new business strategies utilizing OE and Lean principles. • Established standard practices for business, projects, and planning aligning all internal customers, including sales, production, and warehouse functions using OE and Lean principles.
• Responsible for implementing preventive and predictive maintenance on the plant, including generators, compressors, and lifters, using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). • Led the project team for the "Deep Freezer Plant Shifting" from Karachi to Hyderabad, which included dismantling, rigging, transportation, and commissioning of the plant
