I founded an international trading firm from the ground up with a core focus on delivering a seamless client experience from sourcing products to doorstep delivery. As the business grew, I was joined by a tremendously diverse team, each member bringing a unique perspective that helped us shape our direction. I was involved in operations and navigated challenges related to supplier reliability issues, logistics bottlenecks and shifting market trends. Not every decision led to success, but each one taught me something meaningful about resilience, risk management and strategic thinking. Those lessons continue to guide how I show up in every role I take on.
