I am an HR Team Lead in the food manufacturing industry, leading recruitment, workforce planning, and retention across complex, high-volume operational environments. Currently, my team and I manage full-cycle HR processes for two large production facilities, as well as logistics operations, finished goods warehouses, administrative units, economic and finance-related roles, food safety, technology, quality control, engineering, and safety and control functions. Altogether, we support and manage a workforce of approximately 900 employees. This scope allows me to work at the intersection of operations, compliance, risk management, and people strategy, ensuring that workforce solutions directly support business performance and scalability. Beyond recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit processes, we also lead performance evaluation and employee development initiatives. My work focuses on building structured HR systems, strengthening employee engagement, improving retention in production environments, and aligning human capital strategies with business goals. I am deeply involved in team development, mentoring HR professionals, and creating cultures rooted in accountability, clarity, and long-term thinking. I am particularly interested in strategic HR, operational HR leadership, and workforce optimization in manufacturing and production-driven organizations. -Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development processes. -Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. -Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company through tailored orientation sessions, training, and mentorship. -Conduct interviews for potential candidates, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and culture, and assess skills and qualifications. -Administer and analyze exit interviews, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance employee retention and overall organizational health. -Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance, promote a positive work environment, and enhance organizational effectiveness. -Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company’s business objectives and workforce needs. -Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members, fostering professional development and improving team performance. -Monitor and report on key HR metrics, using data to optimize HR processes and support decision-making.
