Lead buyer responsible for general procurement activities in Airbus Malaysia across all Divisions; Airbus Helicopters Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Airbus Helicopters Simulation Center Sdn Bhd, Airbus Customer Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Sepang Aircraft Engineering Sdn Bhd. Manage sourcing, ordering, contract negotiation and other supply chain activities to meet internal customer expectations and needs. Report to Regional Procurement Office in Singapore.
Managing vendor issues related to registration, renewal, upgrading and one time buy process. Carry out vendor performance rating and analysis. Keeping in contact with vendors and develop relationship with them. Manage procurement for Fokker F28, C-130H and AW139. Source for materials locally or overseas and negotiate pricing and lead time with suppliers.
Department of configuration management : -control and manage digital data received from suppliers and costumers -update the configuration status accounting -received the instructions from engineer on which digital data to be sent to suppliers.
