Hasan currently leads the revenue accounting function at Rippling, overseeing deals desk, revenue accounting systems and the revenue close process. Prior to joining Rippling, Hasan served as a Director at PwC National Office focusing on technical accounting and financial reporting matters, specializing in revenue recognition, employee compensation, software costs, emerging issues impacting the technology industry, and AI-based initiatives. Hasan has also served in PwC’s Deals and Assurance practices where he focused on complex technical accounting and SEC reporting issues on several high-profile clients undergoing transformative transactions, including initial public offerings, debt offerings, divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Hasan’s experience in PwC’s Deals and Assurance practices, Hasan worked in PwC’s Consulting practice helping clients undergo finance function transformations, including SOX compliance, ERP implementation or upgrades, and business process re-engineering. Throughout his career, Hasan has built high-performing teams and worked with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality results and exceptional client experience. Hasan has also served as an adjunct professor of accounting and finance at a top business school in Pakistan.
