Oversee spare parts sales across all Stellantis brands in Türkiye, including Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Peugeot, Opel, Citroën and DS, working with a broad portfolio of brands such as Opar, Mopar, Eurorepar and Magneti Marelli. Responsible for sales across both authorized service networks and the independent aftermarket.
Led Tofaş’s Mobility Solutions organization in my first top management role, reporting directly to the CEO, with end-to-end responsibility for building and scaling new business platforms beyond the core automotive business. Founded and led Koç Stellantis Sigorta from inception, transforming it into a fully operational insurance company producing ~150,000 policies annually, with a strong focus on branded insurance, dealer penetration, and customer experience. Drove the development of connected vehicle and data-driven mobility solutions, including connected fleet management, value-added services, and early data monetization initiatives. Led pilot and scale-up efforts for innovative MaaS models such as subscription, short-term rental, and fleet-based solutions, while growing and restructuring leasing operations in line with market conditions. Acted as the central owner of Tofaş’s new business portfolio, continuously identifying, prioritizing, and evaluating mobility and adjacent business opportunities. Ensured disciplined governance by bringing structured, data-backed topics to the executive agenda on a monthly basis, enabling informed decision-making on scaling, pivoting, or exiting initiatives. Balanced experimentation with financial rigor, focusing on asset-light models, sustainable profitability, and long-term strategic fit with Tofaş ambitions.
Building on prior Fiat Professional leadership, led Fiat & Fiat Professional marketing with a strong focus on profitability and sustained market leadership amid severe chip shortages, regulatory changes, and supply constraints. Successfully navigated these disruptions through disciplined portfolio and pricing management while orchestrating key product launches across PC (Egea Cross) and LCV (Fullback, Ducato BEV ) ranges. Maintained business resilience and margin protection by aligning launch timing, mix optimization, and go-to-market strategies under highly volatile market conditions.
