Dr. Hasan Yousef Aljuhmani acts as an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia. His research centers on strategic management, digital transformation, AI in organizations, public administration, and sustainable development. He also explores upper echelons theory (UET), strategic HRM, marketing strategy, and leadership behavior in emerging market contexts. Dr. Aljuhmani holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Business Administration from Girne American University, and a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Jadara University. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in ISI and Scopus-indexed journals, along with book chapters and international conference papers. He actively supervises master’s and PhD students and collaborates on interdisciplinary research related to digital innovation and strategic change. His academic work aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, focusing on how organizations can enhance performance and resilience in rapidly evolving environments.
