• Managing all Opex and Capex purchasing of MAC and MACfit clubs in Turkey. Marketing, IT, Constructions, Utilities, Fleet etc. • Managing tender processes of direct and indirect purchases. • Preparation of purchasing budget annualy. • Improvement of the necessary supplier and procurement processes. • Supplier Relationship Management.
• Responsible for all Indirect Procurement activities. Marketing, HR, IT, Consumables etc. • Supplier performance management, compliance management and management of the procure to pay cycle. • Investigate the market and perform research to identify whether a potential acquisition is feasible and beneficial. • Managing operations of Imported products (frozen bulk products). • Using e-sourcing tools to manage the procurement activities. • Maintaining and reporting inventory status periodically. • Feasibility studies on new investments. • Negotiating contracts with key suppliers managing them as well. • Development/improvement on processes (Cost savings, cost avoidance projects, improving DPO, contract management etc.)
