Scope ; Rolling stock (including material scope feeding Internal Bombardier Product.. Bogies, PPC, Carbody etc) Services ( Operstions & Maintenance tenders ), Wayside. & Signalling scopes ( RCS ) and full turn key projects Developed and successfully implemented the Procurement Tenders - Bids governance process across BT Globally / Regions to drive a coordinated and standardised approach across the complete organisation Drives and manages the complete end to end Governance of the Procurement inputs in to the Bombardier Business gate process including specifically the Bombardier Tender inputs to the Customers Ensures all Procurement Tender - Bid inputs, including material costs & Risks, are critically reviewed, challenged, validated, approved and that the Procurement tender - Bid / Sourcing strategies are optimised to drive competitive Tenders Leads Procurement Tender - Bid approval reviews, engaging all Procurement global & Regional stakeholders to ensure and drive aligned proposed inputs. Ensures all final Procurement Tender Inputs are approved electronically driving accountability across the Procurement stakeholders Manage and ensures all Procurement approved Tender input documents are stored centrally to ensure transparency and documented inputs as base lines for project start up and Budget allocation Leveraging the different Procurement Tender - Bid reviews to ensure lessons learnt and best practices are shared across the Global and Regions Tender - Bid teams to drive continuous improvement Procurement functional Quality gate to ensure all Procurement strategic initiatives, Sourcing & Product strategies are integrated in to the Tender - Bid inputs to support competitiveness Provides support, guidance, coaching and mentoring to Product Procurement Managers and Regional bid - Tender coordinators in the preparation of large, complex and critical Tenders - Bids
