• Responsible for the SAP system landscape and SAP basis operations of engine and gear production template • Single point of contact for all SAP Basis topics in that template • Accountable for all 16 SAP Basis services (delivery and quality) for the template • First point of escalation for SAP Basis operational topics • SAP Basis operational planning and capacity forecasting • Harmonization of best practices across functional area • Coordination and communication with Management, Business Partner, Service Provider, IT Provider and Third Parties for respective services • Resource utilization and tracking • Ensure that template specific technical documentation is available and up to date • Lead for researching and consulting for the new technologies and best practices that are to be implemented/ integrated • Responsible for supplier governance at operational level • Onboarding the newcomers into the template
• 6 months in telecommunication industry Ticket handling (2nd Level support), realization of change requests, change request management, process analysis, support SLA-Team, implementing of an account knowledge management • 2 months in railway transportation Analyzing and documentation of system architecture in different logistic center stations for enterprise architecture • 6 months in energy industry (Migration Project) Administration of implementation and guidelines, PMO • 8 months in metal industry (Template Project) Responsible for FI AA Template and assistance to Senior in GL, AP, AR; Responsible for project documentation in SAP Solution Manager, PMO
