I’m a senior leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, customer-centric transformation and data-driven decision making. My background spans pharma, public healthcare institutions and top consulting firms, giving me a 360° perspective of the healthcare ecosystem and how to deliver value across multiple stakeholders. At Zambon Iberia, I built and currently lead the Commercial Excellence & Customer Experience function, reporting directly to the General Manager and sitting on the affiliate’s Board. My role focuses on strengthening commercial execution through launch readiness, Go-to-Market strategy, customer segmentation, field force effectiveness and capability building across the organization. A key part of my work involves driving omnichannel engagement and data-driven initiatives to improve how we interact with healthcare professionals, patients and internal teams, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience across all touchpoints. I work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical, IT and Compliance teams and collaborate regularly with Global Commercial Excellence teams to scale strategic initiatives across countries. I’m also a member of the Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) committee, supporting the evaluation of new opportunities including digital health and beyond-the-pill solutions.

Key responsibilities include: - Driving Commercial Excellence initiatives including launch readiness, Go-to-Market execution, customer segmentation, field force effectiveness, and commercial performance optimization. - Leading the design and deployment of the omnichannel engagement ecosystem, including CRM, B2B/B2C platforms and marketing automation. - Defining the enterprise data and analytics strategy to enable data-driven decision-making and business growth. - Designing and implementing the company-wide Customer Experience model across interactions with HCPs, patients and internal teams. - Leading commercial capability building initiatives, including training and performance evaluation aligned with field excellence. - Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical, IT and Compliance teams while contributing to strategic initiatives through the Business Development & Licensing (BD&L) committee.
Led the Data, Digital & Business Operations department at Zambon Iberia, overseeing CRM transformation, data governance, digital innovation and omnichannel deployment. Played a key role in bridging business needs with digital solutions, and in setting the foundations for the current Commercial Excellence & Customer Centricity model.
