TL;DR Building and maintaining backend network of GPU Clusters at Meta. Meta’s mission to create Artificial Super Intelligence requires a good Infra base. Enabled operationalizing large GPU datacenters which is complicated and has to be done with precision and speed to arrive on time. This includes enhancing and onboarding multiple microservices and tools to manage infra at scale.
TL;DR - Built a GenAI based Chargeback Challenger from scratch. - Built and maintained AI/ML serving platforms. Mid to Large scale restaurants in North America loose a lot of revenue to falsely claimed chargebacks. I made it easier for them to challenge these chargebacks using AI. Built a GenAI Chargeback Challenger from scratch. This lead to increase in the chargeback challenge rate, reducing the friction and time to challenge chargebacks by providing context and explanation for the challenge request. (LLAMA2, Kafka, AWS, Python, Kotlin/Java) Deployed several AI/ML models. Integrated model deployment pipelines to serve live inference models with Enterprise Integration Pattern (Apache Pulsar, Airflow, AWS). One of the models deployed reduced fraudulent transaction reviews by 35.71% with 0% fraud slippage. Built a ML/AI Model Monitoring Pipeline using HEX, AWS Data Catalog, Airflow.
