I am currently working at Amazon as an SDE-2 in the Add to Cart Experience team. Previously, I worked at Microsoft as an SDE-2 in the Merchandising Commerce Dynamics 365 team. Prior to that, I was a Software Development Engineer at Flipkart, where I was part of the Post-Order Customer Experience team. I specialize in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems. At Flipkart, I led the initiative to enable the agent chat system for Flipkart Minutes and the Video Assist feature for pre-order customer engagement from the CX team. I also served as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for various external teams. In addition, I contributed to a range of projects, including database migrations, scaling existing services, and onboarding multiple clients to the current tech stack. I was responsible for managing several major microservices in the CX domain, such as the Session Manager, IVR Stack, and Agent Chat System.
