I am a young professional from vibrant and chaotic streets of Delhi, who has found himself to be a data-enthusiast in development sector. I strongly believe that the collective future can only stem from strong and open-minded leaders and providing excellent education to our students is the only sure way to ensure that. I admire people who are life-long learners and respect different perspectives. Feel free to ask for support or offer opportunities, or even to just start a conversation. I find solace in the pages of a good book, often fuelled by cups of chai or coffee. When I get some time free for myself, I usually find myself watching a play or scaling a mountain trail, seeking new perspectives and fresh inspiration.
- Delivered holistic education to Grade 6 to 10 students in a govt. school of Delhi through activity based teaching and socio-emotional learning - Worked towards better student engagement and increased them by 30% through teacher-parent relationship and communication. - Raised Rs 12K+ for stationary supplies. -Partnered with Be the Change Project and other organizations to provide opportunities, books and career readiness support.
Mentored a group of 8 freshly recruited fellows. Guided these fellows about expectation setting and the skills required within fellowship. Facilitated multiple learning circles around the fellowship journey, small and large term impact created through Teach for India.
Reviewed and analyzed application form and assessed it on the basis of the provided rubric scale. Conducted phone interviews for the shortlisted candidates. Made the decision to select the candidate for the final interview stage, that is assessment center.
