Roles and Responsibilities :- • Worked extensively on Clarity PPM modules such as Projects, Resource Management, Advanced Reporting, Timesheets, and Custom Objects to support project operations. • Led the end-to-end deployment of Clarity MUX, including environment preparation, feature enablement, and module configuration. • Configured Blueprints, Channels, Views, and Layouts in MUX to match business requirements and improve user experience. • Migrated legacy Classic PPM configurations to Modern UX components, ensuring functional parity and enhanced usability. • Developed and maintained custom objects, attributes, portlets, NSQL queries, and GEL scripts to automate the processes and enhance system functionality. • Built Jaspersoft / Adhoc reports and custom dashboards for leadership to improve visibility into portfolio health, resource utilization, and financial metrics. • Performed Clarity Studio configurations including forms, views, page layouts, and access rights to support business requirements. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather the requirements, design solutions, and implement the PPM enhancements aligned with business goals. • Automated repetitive operational tasks using GEL scripts, XOG Jobs, and custom processes to reduce manual effort and system errors. • Provided L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues, and ensuring smooth system operation. • Integrated Clarity PPM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, XOG, and job schedulers for seamless data flow.
